Between Denmark and Sweden

It's a big day today !
We woke up at 6:30!
Because we wanted to catch the ferry, we left in the morning our kind danish host.

Jorgen, Edith, thank you !

Following their advice, we take the big and direct road with its bike lane. A light rain tries to get us wet but can't figth the north-east wind. We however have to fight against it all way long...

At Frederickshavn (we are unable to say it as danish do) 3 hours before departure, we spend one getting where is we bike way. While waiting, we start to discuss with an english motorbiker and a swedish couple speaking french. The recumbent tandem helps to start conversations !

This is it, we leave Denmark with nice memories and after enjoyable encounters. We still plan to go on the way back to the capital ;-).

We spend the main part of the 3h30 trip using the boat's wifi to update many things. Sorting photos and writing on the blog in both langages take a lot of time, but you deserve it !

By the way, the boat is a floating casino...

After a storm, we arrive in Göteborg with a nice sky and point of vue from the ship.

Our first swedish warmshower is very kind in coming picking us at the harbour and leading us accross his hilly town, to his place.
We have a good evening with a nice diner and an interesting discussion about recent Sweden's evolution.
