Arrival in Stockholm, and more

Today, we must make it to Stockholm !
Knowing it's a good 80km far, and after the painfull hundred we did yesterday, we fear this day.

It's not a reason not to visit a bit, and the cycle road goes along interesting places, like this runic stone and this castle (nice pause).

Being well signposted, having sometimes backwind, we ride through these wide landscapes, crossing once the sea on a ferry.

Did we told you about forests ? Oh yeah already ? You (and us) will have to get used to it, for it's not over at all ! Dense or dark, some are also luminous and lightened.

Getting close to Stockholm, trafic is increasing, we get nice cycle paths but signs become useless or missing, and Joel's leadership is more than once useful !

This is it, we are in Stockholm, it's complete madness at rush hour with bikes at full speed in both ways, pedestrians and cars. "Remember your training and you'll make it alive"; well it worked.

Finally at Joel's place, he gets out of his stock some tasty home made lasagnas and tonight, we sleep on a real bed !

We had thought about starting to visit the day after, but a late wake up and a rainy weather converts it to a rest-day so we spend time on internet and changing once again our plans.
In the afternoon, we leave Joel, who helped us so much, to meet a warmshower.

Joel, thank you !

We shall visit Stockholm tomorrow !
