Some days, you just don't want to take pictures, for whatever reason. And this is a day like this, from the morning.
Moreover, it's sunday, we have almost nothing to eat and we want to reach Valence.
So we ride, our brain unplugged and going soft in our heads after yesterday's rain...
So when we find a restaurant that is open, we go !
Au menu, pavé de saumon, ravioles (hey, we're in the Drôme !) and a tricastin, white wine "minéral et fruité".
For the afternoon, we start by trying the canal's side path. After harvesting XX pounds of mud, we spend a while taking all the dirt off and go back on the main road.
We arrive easily in Valence, just in time to find the tourist office closed. Too bad, but not enough to prevent us from finding a suitable hotel.
After cleaning the bikes, it's time to clean the touring cyclists and to go once again at the restaurant for a dish of ... RAVIOLES !!!
Before leaving tomorrow, we'll have a look at the city.
