Along and across the Hardanger

Sorry folks, we don't have that often some internet access in the wild, and translating our french posts takes a lot of time ... which we have for now !

We leave with some difficulties Helle and Jan who taught us so many things about Norway. Thankfully, they guided us out of town along these wonderful cycle paths, and gave us some advice about where to go next !

Helle, Jan, thank you !

After almost a full week off bike, we have to remember how do we get on it and start. Well, it's ok, we still know how to ride a bike.

After a bucolic stop for lunch, a tire is starting to talk : “pfffitffffitfffit...” What you say ? I can't hear you and have to stop.“pfffff....”.
Once repaired, we loose ourselves on one of the steepest coastal path we've seen. But a norwegian couple put us back on the good way to the ferry (one more).

Although the road was supposed to go along the sea on our maps, in fact it's neither flat nor straight, we protest ! We begin to grasp that “fjord” means just a 45° steep slope going down in the water and that's all. Oh, we think also some road engineers were drinking too much while working...
While we suffer, some salmons make fun of us, oblivious to their deadly fate.

The fjord is as expected, beautiful and spectacular. Moreover, it's really hot now and we land in a basic and expensive camping, but with a nice view !
